Some color combinations are so amazing, you can actually make a theme out of it. One favorite is the mint, pink and gold color scheme. You can make this gorgeous color combination your theme–or, you can carry out a theme you like in these colors.  Imagine a beach theme in these colors, or a Paris theme, as examples. You can also take a more common theme, such as Butterfly, and make it fresh by using these trendy colors!  Here are a few tips and quinceanera products that we found for a mint green quinceanera~

Ideas and Products for a Mint, Pink and Gold Quinceanera

Venue: These colors will work anywhere–in a ballroom or an outdoor reception, a fancy party, shabby chic, beach, barn. Mint, pink and gold is a very versatile color combination that is pretty with any setting.

Invitations: You can find some quince invitations in your color scheme. Your guests will get a feel for the style and look of your party. If you are sending a photo of yourself along with the invites, it would be fun to wear an outfit in your colors!

The Dress:  For this color combination, a mint dress, with gold heels and possibly gold and pink accessories. You could do the opposite, and go with a pink dress,  gold heels and mint and gold accessories.  There are even some dresses with mint and gold colors, or mint and pink.

Quince Court: The quince court complements the quinceanera, so if you go with a mint dress you could have your damas in pink. It would also be pretty if your damas had different color dresses in your colors, mint, pink and gold. For your chambelanes, they could go with white  or black pants, mint (or pink) shirts and gold ties (or a tie with 2 of your colors).

Mint Green Quinceanera Decorations

Decorations:  Look for items in your colors, and if you also have a secondary theme, like Butterfly or Paris, try to locate items for your theme in mint, pink and gold.  This color scheme is great for DIY decorations because sometimes it can be a little tricky to find the exact color you are looking for in retail decorations.  Many of the projects on our DIY Board on Pinterest would be great for a mint, pink and gold quinceanera.

  1. Hi I have like 2-3months for my theme for the base of the glasses of champagne and I already picked my dress it’s a mint leaf darkish kind of color and I was thinking silver and that color or different color I basically need help on that

  2. I NEED HELP!!! My dress is a coral color and I have no idea for the second color of my scheme, I don’t even have a theme yet ahh!! I’m between a gold/champagne,sliver, or mint color. I’m also stuck on what color tuxedos my chambelans should wear. Please reply back :))

    1. I personally really like coral with gold/ champagne. The chambelanes could wear white (for a softer look) or black (more contrast). If you could find them, tan colored suits would look really nice with coral/gold! Sarah

  3. Hello I am so happy that I found your site it has given me so many ideas my Quince is in 6 months should I start planning now or how long should I wait until I start to plan ?

    1. Yay! I would definitely start planning now because if you wait too long it can get overwhelming! A Winter quince sounds fun !! Sarah

  4. i was wondering cause i havent had my first comunion and im gonna turn 14 this 08/30 and then im gonna start the classes for next year but next year i turn 15 so what do i do? Please help thankss

    1. I think you can do the communion and confirmation classes at the same time, the church can also usually expedite it if necessary. It can be done even with a few months of classes. But it sounds like you are on the right track, just make sure to get with the church now so you are aware of their policies 🙂 Sarah

  5. Hi, I just wanted to ask if your quince is in 2 years when should you start planning it; also my birthday isn’t until August 30th it really stinks, because it’s on school days what should I do?

    1. Hi, it’s perfectly fine to not have your quince on your exact birthday. For many reasons, a quinceanera will have her quince at some point when she is 15, but not necessarily on her birthday. We have my daughter’s quince 1 month before she turned 16. So you can definitely have your event the weekend after your birthday! Good luck! Sarah

  6. My quince is coming up so time is running and I want it to be unique and a perfect day for me can I please get some tips and ideas on what theme I should have for myself.if questions just email me and is will be right with you.

    1. A theme is really personal; it has to do with what your interests are, and also what colors you like. Are there any themes that catch your eye, or make you feel excited to plan your party? Sarah

  7. Hi my name is Venezia my 15 is coming up in a year and i want a unique theme and colors that you really wouldn’t see anywhere else. I want my whole 15 to be unique. I know this really doesn’t matter but i don’t have an older sister who can help me with is. And my mom doesn’t really have time. And time is going by fast and i don’t know what to do. Can someone please help me thanks

    1. Hi Venezia, your theme really depends on your personal tastes and interests. Do you have any ideas for colors? I have couple tips for picking your theme here, near the bottom of this page: http://myperfectquince.com/. Also check through my themes and let me know if any of them stand out to you! Everybody is different so ideas I may like may be different from what you think are good themes. The good news is that your quince is a year out and that will give you a lot of time to put together a theme! Sarah

  8. Hi my sister wants a mint green, silver, and black quince we don’t have many ideas can you help in anyway?
She doesn’t want a Paris theme she doesn’t really want any theme.
    I would appreciate any help
    thanks in advance

    1. Hi! What is great is that your sister knows what colors she want to use! I think that often, a color scheme is all you need. I think it is only recently popular for parties to get very intense with actual themes. When we did my stepdaughters quince, we just did a color scheme: pink, purple and silver. The day is really all about your sister–and that’s enough of a theme right there. So you can let your sister know that she can certainly have a mint, silver and black quince 🙂
      Sarah
