I don’t have anything of value to add. I just want to send my empathy. When you’re older, I hope you’ll surround yourself with people who are able to set their drama aside and celebrate you. I think at the very least, take quince pics and enjoy your day. Happy birthday ❤️

I’ve always wanted a quince and i was going to have it in 4 days (i even have my dress ready) but family drama got in the way and i don’t want it to be a problem on the day of the event. My mom and dad are broken up and their side of the family don’t get along which is annoying because i rlly want to have this but i don’t want drama! my favorite cousin even told me she wouldn’t come bc of the drama.. what do i do?

Honestly I am having a hard time too. My parents gave me the option to either have my dream quince or to go to Disney world, and i can’t choose. I want a Quince more than anything but my mom (who is American) argues that it is too much work and she won’t help to do anything, not even take me to look at dresses. Also i have 5 younger siblings and they all want to go to Disney world, so I don’t want to disapoint my family by choosing a quince but that’s what my heart wants.
